Very often, we spend our weekends either running errands for our home or sleeping in for hours at a stretch. With our stress levels at an all-time high, spending quality time doing something for your physical and mental well-being, especially on the weekends, is essential. 

Our world has changed significantly since the beginning of 2020. A virus that seemed so distant and non consequential, has affected all of us negatively, and some with very personal loss. It has shown that we have very little control, and for a lot of us,our anxiety has increased due to our ever access to 24 hour news on our phones.
