The facility is clean, and the front staff is efficient and kind. Wait times are never too long. I’m extremely grateful for this medical team, especially Dr. Dietrichson, for the exceptional care and service they provide. Appointments are thorough, and she genuinely cares about her patients. After being on Alberta’s ‘Find a Doctor’ waitlist for what felt like forever, I truly struck gold landing here for both myself and my newborn baby girl. In a healthcare system that often prioritizes cost over care, this office manages to find the right balance. Highly recommend and grateful.

Dr Bennie Lee was my doctor when he was in Edmonton. He was an excellent doctor. I wish I could find a doctor like Dr Lee to replace him now that he’s left.

Cares clinic has a human touch! From Dr. Sulaiman, Julia Clark and Jane, as well as their excellent and efficient admin/front desk staff. This is not only true in Market Mall but also in the Sage Hill location. Everyone here is empathetic, truly listens and understands your concern, and has your interest and welfare at heart. Clean facility and friendly staff, called for a walk in appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Didn’t have to sit and wait for my appointment time got right into a room within a few minutes.

The reviews that give 1 star for the front desk service are wild. They have 3 front desk ladies, I agree that one of the front desk lady that takes calls talks in a more stern and to the point way, but she is actually so nice; I’d say she’s just efficient. Maybe the people giving bad reviews are more on the sensitive side, cuz the front desk lady doesn’t speak gently, but she was so nice and so many people are coming and going that I appreciate the efficiency. Also, the doctor was very fun to talk to, the medical form I had to complete was completed so quickly. They also treat the elders gently so it was genuinely a very pleasant experience.

I have been seeing Dr Sulaiman for 3 years and I must say he is the best family Doctor I have ever had. He has helped me through Cancer, type 1 Diabetes and many other ailments with care and compassion. I always leave there feeling well informed and more in control of my health and well being. I just finished reading a negative review on him and frankly don't believe a word of it. There is not a nicer, kinder more caring Doctor anywhere
