Dr. Sulaiman really cares about me and my family's well being. He listens and explains clearly and asks questions in an empathetic way. I feel fortunate to have him as a doctor. Thank you.

I have been going to this clinic for over two years and have always had a positive experience until recently. The receptionists are always very kind, and Dr. Van Straaten was a great family doctor. Changing my review to 4 stars for the clinic, however one doctor does not reflect the entirety of the clinic itself. Just sharing my personal experience. Unfortunately, my most recent appointment with Dr. Bassiony was disappointing. I understand that healthcare professionals face heavy workloads and burnout, but patients still deserve attentive, compassionate, and thorough care. During my appointment, I brought up two health concerns in addition to asking her to review recent blood test results. results, in the order of what was most serious and affecting me. It was her responsibility to determine the seriousness of each. She almost left without giving me an ultrasound referral since my current family doctor is away. I had to ask her to give me one (again) as this was the most pressing issue. She proceeded to tell me, “This was a 15-minute appointment.” However, every time I have been here on time for an appointment, patients end up waiting 15 minutes anyway to be seen by a doctor. However, I never previously minded as each service provided was with quality care and I was left in a better mood. I felt as if she was relying on me to connect the dots for her rather than giving me insightful information herself. When I looked at my ultrasound medical notes requisition paper, the symptoms she listed were not even accurate, and it showed inattentive listening. As she did not update the medical notes when I called the receptionist a week prior to request the dr to make the change. The receptionist however the day of was able to change the notes herself thankfully. I value positive and respectful relationships with healthcare providers, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to more attentive patient care in the future.

Dr Saulman is a great doctor. He answers all me questions and spends the time.

This clinic, and Dr. Hussain specifically, has consistently provided the highest standard of medical care I have encountered.

Great service! Dr Dietrichen at care@Marketmall truly changed my life. After years of strugling with chest pain and visiting multiple clinics without answers, she was the one who finally identified the real cause and guided me toward recovery. Today I'm healthy and pain-free, even my parents now see her because of the trust we have in her care. I'm incredibly grateful for her expertise, patience, and dedication.

The place is clean and their service are good

I had a great experience with Doctor Tam in the market mall clinic! The reception staff were friendly and the clinic was very clean. Doctor Tam was very polite and the appointment didn’t feel rushed, an experience I’ve had at other clinics in Calgary. Great clinic overall.

Amazing service here! I had Dr J see me for a walk in appointment (booked the day before) and he was beyond helpful. Listened to everything I was struggling with, was reassuring and kind, and asked lots of good in depth questions. Ran a couple of basic tests, then referred me for lots of Lab testing and diagnostics. All done same day (think I got lucky there with appointments). Then I wasn’t in town for the results as I’m travelling, so he even took the time to text me to let me know I was all clear. I’ve been struggling with this particular issue for MONTHS and he sorted it in a day. I’m amazed! Thank you!!!

I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Sulaiman is the best doctor I've ever interacted with. His compassion and initiative saved my mental health and my family is truly in a better place thanks to his influence. If you have the opportunity to see Dr. Sulaiman, take it. He's one in a million.

Dr Bennie Lee was my doctor when he was in Edmonton. He was an excellent doctor. I wish I could find a doctor like Dr Lee to replace him now that he’s left.

Cares clinic has a human touch! From Dr. Sulaiman, Julia Clark and Jane, as well as their excellent and efficient admin/front desk staff. This is not only true in Market Mall but also in the Sage Hill location. Everyone here is empathetic, truly listens and understands your concern, and has your interest and welfare at heart. Clean facility and friendly staff, called for a walk in appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Didn’t have to sit and wait for my appointment time got right into a room within a few minutes.

The reviews that give 1 star for the front desk service are wild. They have 3 front desk ladies, I agree that one of the front desk lady that takes calls talks in a more stern and to the point way, but she is actually so nice; I’d say she’s just efficient. Maybe the people giving bad reviews are more on the sensitive side, cuz the front desk lady doesn’t speak gently, but she was so nice and so many people are coming and going that I appreciate the efficiency. Also, the doctor was very fun to talk to, the medical form I had to complete was completed so quickly. They also treat the elders gently so it was genuinely a very pleasant experience.
