Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

We certainly do!
Please note that walk-in hours are subject to change; you may wish to call ahead to confirm.

Our walk-in appointments are for simple issues that generally take 5 minutes or less to deal with. If you have more to discuss you may be asked to book a follow-up appointment so we can properly address your concerns.

We do our best to see patients as efficiently as possible. Please note that walk-in patients will be seen by the next available doctor, not the doctor of their choice, and may have to wait extended periods to be seen.

How much notice do you require for cancellations?

Please be aware clinic time is very valuable and we require 24 hours' notice to re-book or cancel any appointment. After the first MISSED appointment you will receive a courtesy call reminding you of clinic policy, and the next MISSED or NO SHOW appointment will result in a $50 fee. After the third missed appointment the fee increases to $100 and you will not be able to book appointments until the fee is paid. Appointments are in high demand and early cancellation will allow another patient to be seen. Any cancellations under 24 hours will be considered a NO SHOW.

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, patients’ appointments may be canceled by the physician or our office. This happens when physicians call in sick. We will do our best to offer you an appointment with another physician. We will strive to give you as much notice as possible in these situations.

What is your new patient policy?

Only our registered patients can book appointments in advance. If you would like to register you need to book a "meet and greet" with one of our physicians. Otherwise, you can come to the clinic on a walk-in basis.

Can I call to talk to my doctor, get my prescription, or get my results?

We do not offer phone consults. Please call us to book an appointment if you need to speak to a physician. Our doctors do not return phone calls. Prescriptions will not be filled over the phone or fax. Patients are required to book in to be assessed by a doctor.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality; please be aware results will not be given over the phone. You must book an appointment to get results of any kind.
